  • Youg female, stinks at PT, needs help!!!!

    I can barely run at all without getting out of breath, or wanting to quit. I can only do 2 pushups and want to quit. But i can do 35 situps in one minute. i know thats not alot, so i need LOTS of help on what to do to get into shape. so PLEASE someone help!!!

      Six times a day; drop down into the "front leaning rest" position, push out two push-ups, stay in the F.L.R. for a whole minute. In a few days that 2 push-ups will be three push-ups.
      Start a running routine now. Jog for a minute, walk for a minute, run for a minute, walk for a minute, jog, walk, run, walk... Next week, jog for two minutes, walk for a minute, run for two minutes, walk for a minute, jog, walk, run, walk...
