    Anyone have a good 25-30+ min mp3 of a good running cadence they can send me or know where I can download one?

    Amazon has digital download versions of a ton of cadence CDs. I have three volumes of USMC cadence purchased through Amazon on my mp3 player that I run to.

      Yeah, I have already found downloads of most of those. I'm also wanting them to be less specific as those are specific towards rangers, airborne, USMC, etc. I'm looking for something a little more generic. But thanks for the reply.

        Most are going to be airborne, infantry, ranger cadences. That's just the way they are. Theres alot on webpages on it. Here, click this link and let me google that for you! http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Army+running+cadences

          Yup, pretty much. It's tough to find a really moto cadence that suits the 12Y MOS. Geospatial is a difficult word to rhyme.
