    Id also like to see a running routine.

    My recruiter said to do light pole sprints,sprint 1 walk 1,from pole to pole.

          I use the running routine from this site:

          My weekly workout is as follows:

          Mon/Wed/Fri: Pushups, Situps, Squats, Flutterkicks, Double-crunches, (I use the 100 pushup program, 200 situp/squat/flutterkick/double-crunch program).

          Tues/Thurs/Sat: Running routine from the above site, along with the 20 pullup program, and some isometric exercises for my abs (Bodybridge, Oblique Side raises)

          This seems to be working well for me, as I've been seeing improvements in all areas since starting the program 2 weeks ago.
