    Hey that is GREAT! Thank you for posting, I looked into other APFT prep workouts and the same site does a 200-situp routine, here is the link, I'm going to start on both and adapt the regimen to my existing training - good luck all!

      Hey thats no problem dude I mean yeah this plan really does work. Also whats good about it is that it's a quick way to get some exercise done. Believe me I can understand the importance of that when you've got a million things to do.

        That looks very promising. I scored a 250 on my APFT at AIT, but would like to get it to full 300, looks like that workout may just do the trick.

          If you really want to get into shape. If you go to the gym and do regular army pt exercises(run,ruck, etc) than i suggest buying Insanity by Beach Body fitness. I done it after shoulder surgery and I smoked my company. It really works.

            My advice: Crossfit, Sparring, and Parkour. Scored to Army standards and haven't even shipped yet. 112 pushups, 49 situps, 10:37:08 2-mile run.
