  • Muscle Ups

    Anyone here do them? I want to evolve my pull ups into them and want to add them into my daily workout. Anyone have any advice on how to work on them? Thanks

    Do aztec pushups.

      Work them just like you would pulls or dips. The more you do the easier they get. Explosive speed is needed to get you high enough and into position to push up at the top. Can you perform clapping pull ups? This is how I transitioned into muscle ups. I got really good and comfortable doing clapping pull ups and using alot of explosiveness to get high into the air to clap.

          Be careful with atomic sit ups. They can put to much pressure on your neck.
