    I went from 9 pushups to around 50 straight using the hundredpushups.com system, I recommend using their system.

      Well after about a month of sporadic PT I finally started a scheduled PT schedule today.I ran an APFT and got 15:37 on my 2-mile run which is my best time ever so far! I got 33 push ups and 53 Sit ups.I want to exceed the minimums on everything by the time I go to my first RSP drill so I don't embarrass myself.
