Granted I havent been doing this for years and years, and that could be the difference. But I found actually doing what they made ya do (even when they turn their back to talk to a fellow DS to plan their night out) helped out in the long run. Almost all our smokings were....we will be done when everyone is doing it correctly. Of course that was after a time period of just doing the excersise without that tactic. So the ones that were doing it, had it rougher than the ones not. Hmm, then again maybe you all are onto something...... lol We had some well trained DS's though, they knew when you hit muscle failure and let it go. And of course rarely did everyone have that back straight when they said we wouldnt be done until then. They are going to make you do it for how long they planned from the start. I felt they were using it as a motivational tool than anything else. So that the ones that could push themself, did it, and the ones that were done and just couldnt do it anymore could slide. And of course you start to push each other than too.
