  • Wavier Question (once again)

I was in the California National Guard for 3 years. I got out November 19, 2004. What happened was that, I was under a lot of stress. We were going through SRP for a deployment. I answer some question on a questionnaire, from their I went to see a psychologist. I was released on medical. I went to my doctor when I got out; he said there’s nothing wrong with me. My NGB 55 states SEC 260 CALIF M/VC & PARA 8-26j(1) NGR 600-200 with a Re3 code Honorable Discharge. Since then I only had two surgeries. A Vasectomy and Parotidectomy. Just wondering what would be my chances on getting a waiver to get back in.

The only way you are going to be able to see if you can possibly reenlist is to talk with a local Guard recruiter and bring your discharge paperwork.
