RSP is fantastic! It tends to be a lot of the exciting stuff that you may or may not be doing based on your job, but it can be a brief introduction to some of the additional schools you can attend, while getting you used to Army life in general.*
Chappy already told you what the 1-1-1 is. Just do your best, and don't stress out too much about it. It's a good barometer as to what you need to work on when you're not at RSP.

You should look throughout the the "RSP" forum. There are many threads where people have broke down their entire RSP drill weekend hour by hour. While every RSP experience will differ somewhat, you will be able to get a general idea of what to expect at drill.
