I was wondering the same thing. I got back from AIT On the Saturday of the last RSP so I didnt make it to the Battle Hand Off for August and I have yet to be handed off to my Unit.

It's "possible" to call up RSP soldiers for this type of duty, but not actually likely.

We are about to get pounded down here in Virginia Beach this weekend, I wonder if my office will make it since I can basically almost see the ocean from my office!!! Many units are on standby here, but no RSP soldiers are being called upon.

If you have to call RSP to help, you know something is wrong.

Lots are on standby in Virginia.

I am in New York City - Tolls are free, alternate side of the street parking is suspended and the city transportation will stop in 3 hours.

NJ called in all Guard members friday night. We are still here helping evacuees and personnel. We are discussing some scale backs, but are still all hands on for now.
