  • Losing weight for BCT in five months

    I weigh 170 and I'm 5 ft 10 in tall.I leave for BCT January 2.I weighed 143 when I enlisted last November. I need to lose weight before basic. I've gotten fat and out of shape due to my own laziness and fast food.It's time to change that. Any advice? What foods should I be eating? Mind you I have a budget of like $60 a week for food. Also what are some good ways to cut my run time? right now its at like 18 mins. I've heard sprints and 3 to 5 mile runs? Thanks all for the advice!

          Anytime you need to talk with a chaplain candidate, I'm here for you. LOL JK

          You're good to go, as long as you can run a mile in 8:30 your gravy, beleive me you will loose weight at BCT.

            Check out some other threads here. There's a lot of people that were in your boat. I am pretty sure you're fine for weight.

                in order to achieve the desired health fitness we should concentrate on taking proper diet in our life. A proper diet means an adequate amount of protien , vitamins , minerals and other supplements like silica, zeolite and other chemtrails which suits our body.

                  Become a raw vegetarian or at least eat more raw food.
