    I just wanted to share this workout idea

    My workout looks like this
    1 pull up
    2 push ups
    3 rowers

    2 pull ups
    4 push ups
    6 rowers

    3 pull ups
    6 push ups
    9 rowers

    4 pull ups
    8 push ups
    12 rowers

    5 pull ups
    10 push ups
    15 rowers

    repeated 4 more times

            Yeah a total of 5 rounds rest 5 minutes inbetween each round. Also remember for the rower keep your feet together at all times or it won't count.
