        This type of exercise will prove crucial with the new push-up reqs on the APRT.

            Having a wide stance with your hands is no longer allowed. The new regulations require that your index finger not go out further then your shoulder. So your triceps will do a larger percentage of the work.

              Oh ok got it. So that would mean if your also good at Diamond push ups then in theory you would do very well at the new push ups.
