The National Guard gives you a small amount of money each month based on your rank. You will not recieve additional money for housing from your unit for living, as that part is up to you. If you're going to be moving out on your own, you will need another job.

Whatever you can get. Our base security jobs in Iowa are state level and require 2+ years of previous experience. The Guard does not directly provide job or housing assistance.
