    Follow up to this...

    A memo from the OCS Commander wasnt enough since it wasnt listed in the memo, so I did some more **** raising and suddenly it became sufficient.

    I figured out the back story. At my civilian Command we were originally serviced by CECOM for time and attendance and they were very laid back with this sort of stuff. Then we switched to having REDCOM perform our time and attendance and they were autdited last year and got their tails handed to them, so now they're super strict.

      [I also had a question about the employer work letter, if I work 3rd shift (11pm-7am) Sun night to Fri morning does the work letter cover me until I go in Mon night? I'm assuming you showed them your drill schedule, which is your order to attend. As for attendance, couldnt you just show them your LES? That would show the dates you were performing duty.[/QUOTE]

        I have a question regarding an employer work letter. If I work 3rd shift 11pm to 7 am Sun-Fri does the letter cover me until Mon. Night?
