i see on here that some guys have said they got back in with re-4s, and some people say you cant.some say it depends on your dd214 codes.heres my info. type of sep= discharged, character of service=uncharacterized(entry level sep),sep code=jfc, reentry code=re-4,narrative reason=erroneous entry. navy 1996.would this be workable or would it not.

thanks

yes, its workable. Its going to be a State Ag waiver (RE-Code/Erroneous), it will get approved, with a statement from you stating what/why happen for this discharge. If you were in New York you will be in now. Good Luck.

As listed on my post About RE-4s and OTHs, the RE-4 Depends on what Service you come from. A RE-4 from the navy is workable but a RE-4 from the army is not.

That is why you hear conflicting stories.
