Going from Guard to Active

I already signed up at MEPS and went through the physical and all that and now I am waiting for my ship date. My questions now though is what do i do if i want to go active duty rather than just be a guard. Current situations have made me realize I would prefer to go active rather than just guard.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Oh by the way my MOS is 11B

should've done the Active First program and made out like a fat rat! Maybe you can get your contract modified? :confused:
