E-4's can be recruiters?????? I thought you needed to be an NCO........

Chairforce has E-4 recruiters why wouldn't the Army or NG be any different?

I have never seen one. All the recuiters I have ever seen were E-5 and up.

Dear veteran,
Thank you for your service & sacrifice for our country. To answer the question you posted. Any soldier whom is an E-4 can request a waiver to become a RRNCO. I love the GUARD and recommend to you to join in the MAARNG. They are a great group of warriors. I also recommend to anyone to apply for recruiting. If you believe in the American dream and that warriors ( like you) need to protect the Constitution to preserve the dream, than, I feel, you could be a great recruiter. Once again, thank you for your service. This comming from a former US NAVY, Aviation Boatswains Mate (fueler), "Plankowner" of CVN-73 USS George Washington.
