Hi guys,

I'm thinking of reenlisting, however I'm sure a recruiter would like to know my RE code......problem is I can not find my DD-214. I've moved too many times:) How can I get a copy of my seperation papers....or at least find out my RE code? Is this something a recruiter can look up?

Check the following web adress to request for your DD 214:

http://www.archives.gov/veterans/military-service-records/get-service-records.html

You should be able to get acopy of other military records if you so desire. You can also contact a local recruiter who (with your consent) can have a REDD report generated which lists your military service and also your ASVAB scores.
