BAH, rental lease agreement

Have a question, they told me at Sears program the army would contribute to my rent while I was gone if I filled out a rental lease agreement form. Does anyone know about this? Is this true? They said they would contribute 7 or 8 hundred dollars. Please respond.

sounds like they are talking about BAH? when activated, you will get an allowance for housing if you are married (some single situations over certian ranks w/ command permisson, etc.). The amount is predicated on rank and geography. Hope this helps.

Yes thank you one of the specialists that run the sears program said they would give the money if you were single living with someone. I have drill this weekend and Ill see what they say again. Thanks again
