Gold bar duty

I was requested by my PMS as soon as I got my bolc scheduled. That was about a month ago. I was told that funding is not yet avalible. HHRC has my completed packet. Has anyone recieved RC gold bar order lately and if anyone has any insight on when the funds might trikle down would be of a great help. I leave for bolc FEB 10 so the window is closing

Congress dammed up the money by applying a withdrawal timetable to defense funding. As soon as that gets resolved, money will come down in order of priority.
