I have become interested in possibly becoming an MP warrant officer. I am having hard time finding the information I need to do this. My questions are:
1. What are the requirements exactly?
(I am an SSgt with 9 years service, 4 active infantry, 5 as an MP in the NG with 2 1/2 of that deployed to Iraq and will be sworn in as a civilian officer in a few weeks)
2. How do I start the process in the NG?
3. Does anyone know where I can find out what states have WO positions?

I did do searches but am having trouble finding the info I am looking for. Thanks in advance for the help.

I believe I have found the information I need. According to what I have learned I wouldn't qualify because of my rank. If anyone knows different please let me know. Thanks

Predetermination is an art as well as a science. You need to work with your state's Officer Strength Manager.
