Cl*** A's? or Dress Blues?......

I was wondering what dress uniforms you get... I know they have the dress blues now and I would like to wear it to my wedding. But my fiance wants to know what color so she can somewhat match the uniform. I am starting RSP soon and BCT in march. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I completly agree... It is not like we are immature children and say "ha hah ha, look it says the word *** in cl*** A's"... It is kind of rediculous but since I have seen a few kids post on here, I guess it is extra security...

That's why when you sign up you have to check a box that says you are over xxx years of age, if not you have to be moderated etc...

You will get the Class A's. The Army won't introduce the Army Service Uniform (what the dress blues will be called with the grey shirt), into the clothing issue, until October of 2008.

I dont think you have to wear anything on your head. Isint that part optional??

You wear beret with it regardless of rank. Unless you're a general, then you get the fancy scrambled eggs hat.

With the dress blues, or even Class A's with the white shirt and bow tie, head gear isn't worn for evening social functions, after retreat (bugled at 1700hrs). All other times however headgear is worn

O I got ya now. So can you wear your dress blues in public or is that like a formal thing to do. Because the Marines dont where there camo in public at all unless they get permission?
