It depends on the state you are living. If you are in the National Guard you do have an option to do Airbourne, Air Assault, Pathfinder, Ranger and Sniper school. Those schools are there for whoever has the mental and physical capability to go for it. as far as the incentive bonus goes, sorry no go. But those schools will give you promotion points.

If you can find a unit, then there is Airborne, Air-Assault, Pathfinder. Expert Field Medic. To get these schools, you should try to find a Civil Affairs Unit or Psychological Operations Unit, and you would have even better luck if you were to look at the reserves. Try to find a unit under SOCOM that is in reserve or guard (?) status.
Look at the Florida National Guard and ask about their SF Support Battalions. That is what I would do. I know that in the 528th SF Support Battalion in Pascagoula Mississippi they were looking for a lot of medics last year. Airborne School was almost a prerequisite.

You can get all of the same schools in the guard as you can in the regular army. The only major difference is that the State is paying most of the training, not the Federal Gov. I do not know who this sniper person is but it sounds like someone who has just signed a reg Army contract but has not shipped yet so he feels better or something. He must not know that most of the National Guard is deployed right now, so we are not just playing soldier on the weekends.
