If I am a student, Citadel class of 2010. And I join the Guard, can they deploy me while I am still in school?

If you're contracted ROTC (and thus an SMP cadet), no. If you enlist under College First, then no. Speak with your recruiter. Ask your ROTC department about Army National Guard ROTC scholarships (2-3 years).
