You do not need to be a US citizen to be in the National Guard. You do, however, need to be a legal permanent resident. In other words, you need to have a "green card." You can not join with a student visa or work visa.

Same info as SSG Fletcher but a little more detail.

To be eligible to enlist, a non-citizen must:

(1) Entered the United States on a permanent residence visa or have an Alien Registration Receipt Card (INS Form 1-551/I-551 greencard or stamped I-94), and

(2) Established a bona fide residence, and

(3) Established a home of record in the United States.

The visa and/or "greencard" must have sufficient time remaining on it (expiration date) to be valid during the entire term on enlistment. While non-citizens may enlist in the U.S. Military, they are not allowed to serve more the 8 years unless they first become U.S. Citizens. However, there are accelerated citizenship procedures for non-citizens on active duty.

You may also not enlist for a MOS that requires a security clearance unless you are a US Citizen.

About some MOS available for US Citizens only.
Did you said that you have some accelerated citizenship procedures?
How long it's gonna take after enlistment? I mean how long I have to be on active duty to apply for US citizenship. And I believe after this procedure some restricted MOSes will be available for newcitizens? Can I change MOS after enlistment and acquiring US Citizenship? How it works?
I am with LPR status (Green Card Holder) now.
And one more question how Active Army National Guard is affecting on my current job. Will I lose it or Do I have the right return at the same position with the same compensation lets say after 5-6 years of Active Duty?

The Army National Guard is not the same as Active Duty Army. In the Guard, you only need to be away from your regular job while you're at Training (usually about 4 months total) After that you can return to your job, and you will only have to train with the Guard once a month and two weeks per year. (unless you are activated for a deployment)

As for your immigration questions, you'll have to get that info from USCIS (formerly INS). Here's a link to the site:
