Which unit should I contact?

If I am currently in the RSP(before basic training), which unit is the one that I should go to get assistance for paperworks for the tuition applications? Should I go to my RSP unit or the unit that I will be assigned after training?

I would go to my rsp unit. Or you can just call your recruiter and they will get you what you need.
