i am 26f/150lbs/5`4/bad credit/asma/i`ve been jogging the past 3 weeks & i feel great when i exercise but my ankles & heels started swelling & pains shoots up my legs when i go jogging but my breathing is getting better. i still go for bike rides & walks every day. i know training involves running. should i get myself in great shape before i join? what about my credit? i also have two minor charges on my criminal record. i would like to do something important & meaningful with my life. i would appreciate any info & /or encouragment from anyone.
