42 yr old wants to join the guard, 2 felonies for indecency with a child when he was 2o-21 yrs old, pleaded no contest and served 3 months incarciration and the rest of a 3 yr sentence on probation/parole
since then, nothing, not even a traffic ticket, works for nassau county NY and has reference letters from tom suzzi (who ran for govornor, current administrator of nassau county ny) and others in goverment services

grew up in a military family, father was a career sgt major with 33 yrs service and 3 wars so he knows what he is in for. is a waiver possible or would he be excluded because of the felonies?

The military does not allow prior child molestors! This will never happen. No branch of service will enlsit this person.
