I've recently enlisted but am unsure what Kicker rate I'm elgibly for. I know that there is different rates $100, $200, and $350. Is $350 only for Officer Candidates/ROTC SMP?

Do you have a AKO account yet?
If so log-in to AKO
Click iPERMS (on the right hand side under "Army Links (NG Enlisted)"
Once connected to iPERMS you will see a bunch of forms, find form DA 5435-R
In that form your rate amount is in "Section III - ELIGIBILTY" 2b

I don't think I have an account set up yet. Unless, the directions are somewhere buried deep in my enlistment packet. Should I call my recruiter and mention it or can I register with my name and SS#?

If your not sure if you have one then odds are you dont. You can set it up yourself or if you want the recruiter can and show you around the ako site. If you are not to fimiliar with computers then I recommend having the recruiter show you how to navigate the site and show you points of interest. There is a ton of usefull information on there.
To setup your AKO account yourself:
1) www.us.army.mil
2) Click on "Register for AKO"
3) Click on "Create full Account"
4) Read the Privacy Act and Registration Info then click "Next"
5) Fill out the form
a) your PEBD is the date you enlisted.
6) Here one of two things will happen.
a) You get a error stating your social cant be found, if so then wait a few days they just havent put you into the system yet.
-or-
a) you get another form to fill out.
7) Continue on with the next form.
a) External email is your personal email address (ex. @aol.com, @yahoo.com, etc)
8) Creating your password. Make sure you write this down its hard to remember at first. Your password has to include CaPs, lowercase, numbers and symbols (!@#$) and has to be I think 10 char long.
If you need anymore help let me know.
