Referral Bonus question!!

I know that the Guard currently has two referral programs. The G-RAP and the ESAR. G-RAP offers $2000 and the ESAR offers $1000 to referrals that complete BCT and AIT. I recently enlisted and I have a buddy that is interested. I have refered him to my recruiter but he has not taken the ASVAB or signed anything Yet. Would I be elgible for either one of these bonuses if he ends up signing? BTW, I've already begun the G-RAP enrollement process. Thanks

My brother recently referred me to the Officer recruiters and had to fillout something online so that I was in the database. Chances are you need to do the same thing. I am no expert by any means so listen to someone who is well versed, I can only share what my brother has done for me.

If the recruiter has already loaded him into his computer you may not be able to get credit for referring your buddy. Complete the GRAP training as soon as you can so that you're ready next time.
