I am prior ARMY, 30 years of age with and re 4 (under honorable conditions general) for failed alcohol rehabilitation.

I seperated 2 1/2 years ago.

Was told by JAG lawyer that the separation had a reenlistment bar of two years. What's the true story with this?

Thank you in advance.

RE-4 from the Army means you will not ever be able to join any branch of the Army again.
