I'm just wondering, but can I be part of an ROTC unit at my college if I'm in the guard?

Absolutely. As a member of the National Guard, and ROTC, you can get several additional benefits that other soldiers are not eligible for. Ask a recruiter about the Simultaneous Membership Program (SMP).

I've got another question. Can I enter NROTC or AFROTC if I'm in the national Guard?

This is a conversation you need to have with the USAF and USN ROTC personnel. I don't think they'll cooperate. Only the Army has the SMP option, where you serve in ROTC and the Guard at the same time.
If you have an ROTC scholarship from the USN or USAF then you definitely can't participate in the Guard as well.

I have another quetion about ROTC. I will likely be going in split-option. Is it possible to do split-option while in ROTC?
