hey im shippin out sept13th to fort benning GA im 5'11 and i weigh 188 only problem is that i cant run..i get cramp up all the time...is anyone from mass that could help me out?>???i gave myself enough time to get in shape....any tips anythin can help...

issues with cramps usually (but not always) are related to your hydration level and flexibility. Make sure you are doing a solid amount of stretching, with extra focus on problem areas. Keep Tension and Time in mind as a short stretch is not beneficial. A good rule of thumb is stretch to a point where you begin to feel a minor amount of strain (do not overdue it) and hold that position without bouncing for at least 15 seconds (1000, 2000, 3000...).
Also make sure you use a variety of stretching excercises as opposed to relying on a few stretches everyday over and over again.
