Im not going to basic till next summer, but hey its never too early to start and get in a good rythm, im going to sign up either this month or august(when i turn 18). Right now i ride my bike about 6-8miles almost every single day and every night i do 60 push ups and 60 sit ups(2 reps of 30). Thats ALL i do though bsides paintballing and basketball occasionally and some physical labor..should i think about doing more or is that good to get in shape?
Right now i dont have weight problems or anything but even after only 8 miles on a bike im pretty winded. Should i start running too? Or run one day bike the next? Should i be weightlifting?
