I'm planning on joining the guard and I keep reading about the top MOS's for the 20,000 bonus but I can't find a listing of what the top 10 are. Is there anyplace I can get the list, I would like to know the ones that would qualify me for between a 15 and 20,000 bonus.

The top 10 MOSs that are giving out the $20,000 bonuses are listed at the top of the MOS listing page on the National Guard's website. As far as $15,000 bonuses go, I believe those are determined at the state level so you'd have to talk to your local recruiter to find out which MOSs those are.
