I was discharge with an RE 4 and SPIN JJD and am looking for any information on how to up grade it so I can reenlist. I have tried the BCNR/NDRB and have to go to the Navy Yard because they denied my first petition. I also have resently applied for a Military Pardon for time served and am wondering if that will help? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
