I'm trying to find a conversion table or document that shows Marine Corp MOS to National Gaurd (Army). I was prior service Marine, MOS 0411, MIMMS clerk. I came into the Guard as a 92Y but was told that my old MOS also translate into about thirteen or so different MOS's in the Guard (Army).

Any information or links to a conversion list would be helpful.

I have access to the DoD Occupational Database, and it tells me that USMC 0411 converts to several Army MOSs, several of which are obsolete, but a few still exist:

* 51C Acquisition, Logistics & Technology (AL&T) Contracting NCO -- Provide operational and contingency contracting support to deployed forces and DoD agencies.
* 92A Automated Logistical Specialist -- The automated logistical specialist supervises and performs management or stock record/warehouse functions pertaining to receipt, storage, distribution, and issue and maintains equipment records and parts.
* 92Y Unit Supply Specialist -- The unit supply specialist supervises or performs duties involving request, receipt, storage, issue, accountability, and preservation of individual, organizational, installation, and expendable supplies and equipment.

I think you'll be hard pressed to find a 51C slot, whereas pretty much every armory in the country has at least one if not several 92A and 92Y. Either or both are likely to be a bonus MOS for your state, so ask your Recruiter.

The DMDC site is access controlled, so it would be cruel for me to give you a link that you can't use. I'm sure there is a regulation that governs all this, but I don't know it.
