Go to www.MAACS.com. They have great deals and they ship within 48hrs. I get all my stuff from them.

If you're already in service, then you can also go to www.aafes.com (i.e., the company that runs the PX). They don't have the slickest site, but they get the job done.

I've ordered quite a bit from 1800nametape.com (http://www.1800nametape.com/), and I've been very happy with them.
If you're getting nametapes for BDUs or DCUs, you might want to consider their "Fabric Strip" (http://www.1800nametape.com/fabricstrip.htm) tapes that are made of the same material as rank, CIBs, CABs and other insignia. I think it presents a more uniform appearance than some of the cheaper nametapes.
