How far back are driving records checked? I've been spotless for ten years. But had problems after my first discharge (honorable) when I was young and stupid.:eek:

In the state im in we usecourts online to check your background history. Items such as DUI are not always a disqualifying reason. Time, other items, and disposition are all major factors when using the ECM. The best thing to do is contact a local recruiter using the contact a recruiter link on the website.

All incidents in your background will be looked at. If you had a DUI it could show up on a criminal check and that would be found.
1 DUI is a misdemeanor and it does not require a waiver.
