I am seeking information about a career as a helicopter pilot with the guard. I have no idea if its even a feasible request but how else would I find out…I am a 26 year old police officer with the Oxford Police Department in Alabama and I also own a public safety equipment company. I have a passion for flying but I’m not sure where to start. I have checked in with companies such as UHI, Tomlinson, and others that have commercial instruction, but I only want the best. Plus, I believe supporting the armed forces and my country is a bit more prestigious. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

At age 26, you're running out of time, so move quickly. We'll need to get you through Basic Training and then Warrant Officer Candidate School, then flight school. The complete training pipeline can take a year or longer from start to finish, so you may wish to discuss this with your family and employer.
