I was wondering if anyone might have some information on obtaining medical records.I asked for my records from a hospital in Massachusetts over 2 months ago,they told me that they were dropped and scattered while they were moving from one location to another,and that there were thousands of files mixed up and they most likely would not be able to find them for me.What are my rights on obtaining these files,if any,and how long should it take for them to give them to me,any information would be helpful,thank you Sir Wally.
