A few questions

I was wondering about a few things. I was thinking about joining the reserve. But I can't up and leave my job because I have monthly bills that I have to pay. So how would this effect me? Also, I took the ASVAB when I was in high school but that was when I was 17 and I am now 21. Would I have to retake it?

Well. You would have to go to training for a few months to start. However, the military does pay you.

Some employers make up the difference in your pay when you are at training for the guard.

My employer makes up the difference between my guard pay and my civilian pay for up to 6 weeks.
