There are many available bases to attend training at (you don't really have your choice though...they are selected based on you MOS and on available seats). For Basic Training (BCT), the only available bases are:
Ft. Sill, OK (Lawton, OK)
Ft. Leonard Wood, MO (St. Joseph/Waynesville, MO)
Ft. Knox, KY (Louisville, KY)
Ft. Benning, GA (Columbus, GA)
Ft. Jackson, SC (Columbia, SC)
Only Ft. Leonard Wood and Ft. Jackson are open for female recruits. Male recruits may be placed at any of the listed bases. BCT in the army is 9 weeks long.

Advanced Individual Training (AIT), or the training for you MOS, is a bit more complicated to explain. I would not be able to list every base and training site because where you go and how long you are there is all based on your MOS. Also, some MOS's have more than one phase to it, meaning that you will learn part of you MOS at one place and then you will be sent to another base to learn another part. Some MOS's are combined with basic training so you don't leave that base at all. This is called One Station Unit Training (OSUT). The first 8 or 9 weeks will be the BCT portion and the remaining weeks will be the AIT portion. However, here are the more well known MOS's with their bases:
11B (Infantry) - Ft. Benning, GA (OSUT is 13 weeks, 3 days)
19D (Cavalry Scout) - Ft. Knox, KY (OSUT is 16 weeks)
19K (Armor Crewman) - Ft. Knox, KY (OSUT is 15 weeks)
21B (Combat Engineer) - Ft. Leonard Wood, MO (6 weeks)
25C (Radio Operator) - Ft. Gordon, GA (11 weeks, 3 days)
25U (Signal Support Systems Specialist) - Ft. Gordon, GA (17 weeks)
27D (Legal Specialist) - Ft. Jackson, SC (10 weeks, 3 days)
31B (Military Police) - Ft. Leonard Wood, MO (OSUT is 17 weeks)
37F (Psychological Operations Specialist) - Ft. Bragg, NC (9 weeks)
42A (Human Resources Specialist) - Ft. Jackson, SC (8 weeks, 3 days)
63B (Light-Wheel Vehicle Mechanic) - Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD (12 weeks)
