Starting Weight: 273 lbs (Feb 6th 2007)
Diet Plan: Grilled boneless/skinless chick,fish,turkey only
fruits and vegetables no canned anything.
No flavored drinks other than fruit/vegies I put in processor or water
Goal: 2months TOPS be down to 230lbs at least
Progress:
So far I have been eating a lot smaller portions than I am normally accustomed to and have realized I am full much quicker than before.
Tuesday: No workout
Wed: 5 mile run in 55minutes (ate very sensible)
Thur: 3mile run in morning 5 mile run at night down to 48min
Fri: 1mile run in morning and still eating sensible
Weight so far: 262.00 (fully clothed naked 257.5)
Weight Loss of : 11 lbs in two days
I realize its a lot of water weight gone but at the moment I do not have a job and must get my butt in the Nat. Guard so I can pay for my house/bills. I am getting ready to run another 2-3miles as soon as my lunch settles.
Big help has been to my fiance, she went out and bought a Magic Bullet that I use to chop vege's/make fruit drinks.
No salt no sugar no canned foods no junk food at all.
Mustard is the only condiment I have used to far.
I don't feel weak or malnutrition at all. I am running at a pace of 3mph-4mph with variable speeds up to 5mph a the most for short burst. I try to keep it consistent with 3mph-4mph. Which gives me a mile in approx 12min for 3mph and 9min for 4mph.
On the 5 mile I need assist on the last mile by holding onto the bars but once I hold onto them for support I don't have a hard time getting the last mile.
Also doing situps do approx. 75ish or so per run
150 a day
No push-ups at the moment, I'm carrying some small 2lb weights while walking and want to keep up with that for now. Next week going to progress to some push-ups also.
