Army Reserve to USNG

I'm currently in the Army Reserve as a 25Q. I'm prior AD (1987-1991) as a 13B. I have 4 years AD and 9 years Army Reserve. I have two years left on my current enlistment. I want to transfer into an FA unit with the CA NG (I'm tired of support...want to fire the big guns again). Do I have to wait? Do I get to keep my E-6? Is there any additional training I'd have to go through since I haven't been a 13B since 1991?
