Ok, so I have a very close friend of mine who is thinking of joining the National Guard. My only problem is, is that I am afraid that he is going to join it, find out that he hates it and want to somehow get out of it. My question is, after you join, what if you decide you don't like it and want to quit before your six years are up. What happens??

Really no way to quit, Just like a cell phone contract, early termination from a cell phone company results in a $300 dollar fine.
