Weightloss isn't overnight and it doesn't come in pill form if you want it to be healthy. You said yourself you know it isn't the answer, so you want a bunch of replies confirming that? It takes time. Stay away from pills because they will do you no good.

50 days 20 pounds?

If you are doing a pund or two a week of wieght loss that is healthy and realistc - as has been posted many times before on this subject. As well there have been numerous postings regarding diet fads, pills, and one specificly warning about Hydroxycut. As well if you are trying to build muscle at the same time you lose wieght - you will not see a lot of wieght loss as the muscle tissue that developes adds to your wieght. If you are so worried about results, perhaps you should alleviate the "body building" and focus on nothing but cardio and aerobic excercise to aid in wieght loss, then after you have achieved your goal of 50 lbs lost, begin body building training.

If you do not know what the supplement is, and does, then you have no business taking it. Many other supplements are more hype than reality and cause you to simply waste money. Any label that says "results not typical" means that the person in the ad is not a realistic version of the truth of the suppement/diet pills ability - which is it does not work for the most part.

If you want true answers to this post then talk to a doctor and nutritionist. A little common sense goes a long way...

What should I buy then LRUS ?

NOTHING. It's been said time and time again not to buy anything. At least, not without speaking to a doctor and a nutritionist. You've been given answers many times to many questions. Take the answers and use the knowledge given to you.

Like LRSU said before..a little common sense will go a long way.

Yeah, time and effort.

You will not lose 20-30 pounds quickly and be healthy. This is common sense. Fad diets or using weight loss pills will do nothing good for you.

I don't know how much more people on here have to explain to you. You're asking the same questions repeatedly and never adhering to our advice.

My advice for you? Either educate yourself by doing your own research on topics, or take the answers from here and apply them. If you want to know more about dietary supplements, look them up. People here have told you not to use them. If you want to know of better ways to lose weight, research it. The best way to do it is simple.....WORK HARD and it will pay off. It's not something you can do overnight or with a pill. It's going to take time.

If you are already losing a pound per week, keep doing that. You're what? 18? There's no rush for anything. Keep working on it and you'll be fine.

i'm on corti-slim (a cortisol blocker) and hot-rox (fixing to switch to lipo 6). i like hot-rox's results, i just can't take it on a hot day and neglect my water in take.

that being said.... any fat loss supplement must be buddied with cardio. i run twice a day. in the morning and at night. you also have to watch what you eat.

If you can handle it try the atkins diet I lost 30 lbs to enlist but the down fall is that for the first week you get stopped up so to say.
After the first 2 weeks you will notice the weight to start to fall off,it also helps to go off for one day a week after the first 2 weeks.

M71M,

The advice you posted in regards to this topic area is not sound. The advice you give has neither a scientific backing, and is more likely to cause greater health risks through lack of proper nutrition. This was an irresponsible posting of information.

For everyone else, if you are mildly or severely overwieght, consult your physician and/or a nutritionist to determine the best route for your body composition to approach a proper and effective plan of diet and excercise.

The information that m71m posted could lead to heart attack or stroke even in teenaged persons, to include possible organ and other tissue damage that may not be correctable. You need to do more research into what metabolism is, especially in regards to your own body, before you try to jumpstart it with an oil or stimulant.

I wrote:drink a lot of coffee or take some guarrna, but not to much. This is only given as an option for extreme fatigue, and this is only advice,in the case of Chris89.I am and was not sugesting that caffine be abused.
I respect your position, thanks for allowing me the opportunity to clarify.
I am not a nutritionist, however,I have witnessed a few individuals that were very fat, lose 30 pounds in two weeks. On South Beach, and adkins.

[QUOTE=m71m]1 teaspoon of olive oil before anything else in morning, kickstarts metabolism.Eat absolutely no carbs, this means no white flour,no potatoes and obviosly no sugars. This includes no fruit,no carbs for the entire time you have to lose,it's the only option you have to have a snowballs chance of losing that much,so quickly...but it is definitly not a good idea,if you had the time to lose it slower. My first choice would be to pay attention to the glycemic index of everything you consume...and like LRSU DOG said,if you have the funds...get a lesson from someone who has credentials...online advice is usually fair at best, especially on websites trying to sell something.Swimming is an excellent exercise and a fun way to lose weight, for anyone.
God Bless America!

Well this is for Chris89. I was in your shoes about a year ago and what has happened to me and I am sure to many people is that I am overweight and needed to lose big weight quick in order to enlist. I went to MEPS 3 times before i wfinally made tape. Trust me that you need to just bust your balls to get into the best shape possible. I did take weight lose pills along with fasting althought this worked for the time now i have put all the weight back on and more. I am shipping out in two weeks and am not for sure that i am going to make tape. YOU DO NOT WANT TO PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS! i cant say that enough. cuz you will do the same

Diet and exercise is the ONLY proven way to lose weight and get into shape. All these commercials and ads you see for "weight loss" pills, if you read the fine print, and LISTEN.... you STILL have to have DIET AND EXERCISE. Wierd huh?

A key food that most people don't even know about, to speed up your metabolism....... eat jalapenos. If you've never ate them before, go to a grocery store, and ask a produce person to help you find the MILD Jalapenos. The juices in them boost your metabolism, and give you energy.
Also, my diet and exercise plan is.....

Exercise BEFORE meals (Like BCT and AIT) 2 minutes of pushups, situps, and at least a 1mile run
1/2 hr later, EAT.

Breakfast
3-4 Eggs, 2-3Sausage/Bacon/Ham (either one will do, low grease), 2 pieces of whole wheat toast. (if you want butter, use it sparingly)

Light exercise...... do mainly aerobic exercise.... 3 sets 20-30 jumping jacks, and do 2 sets of 30-50 situps, and if you want, a set of 20-30 pushups.
Lunch
Go easy, but not too light. Broiled/Baked Fish, 2 servings of fruit, and maybe 1 small candy item.... I mean.... SNACK size..... not KING SIZE.

Exercise
Stretch out.....
Time to burn yourself here... max yourself in pushups and situps...... twice.
After the first time maxing yourself, give yourself a minute to stretch and relax.... breathe and drink water. Then do some aerobic exercise.
After the second time, don't give yourself a break, get up, and do light aerobic exercise, and progress down. Then stretch again, and relax. Time to eat.

Dinner
Go lighter here, after this, you usually rest more, so eating a lot of food here can hurt your weight, it doesn't matter how hungry you feel. Just eat more filling foods, and have enough self-control to not eat anything else later.
Vegetables (STAY AWAY FROM CORN..... HIGH IN CARBS), 3oz of meat, a nice salad or other light food would work (If you use dressing, use fat-free, and go VERY LIGHT ON IT), and some strawberries or other sweet fruit (don't eat more than 4 strawberries)

Exercise BEFORE and AFTER dinner.... it will help, trust me.

Drink nothing but water, but at lunch, drink gatorade to help put electrolytes back into your system.... just don't get the largest gatorade you can find. Drink 1 glass of water with each meal.
Drink 1-2 gallons of water each day.... (you'll urinate a lot more frequently at first, but that's just your body flushing itself out.)
