68w physical profile question

I read that being a medic requires a physical profile of 222121. 4 years ago I went to family counseling and then continued for a year. Since MOS 68w requires a score of 1 in psychiatric, would I be disqualified for this job since I have a somewhat of a history? Or do I still have a chance to be a medic?
