I am always hungry. I munch alot, which doesn't help me dumping my weight. I was wondering if anybody knows of a good "filler". Maybe something to trick my hungry stomach and head....lol. What food schedules do some of you guys and gals keep? Thanks for the tips in advance.

Rice cakes are a good healthy snack but to be honest if you sweet taste they really won't do much for you. i sometimes snack on Frosted Shredded Wheat and a small glass of milk. Don't eat it as a bowl of cereal eat the cereal as you would Doritos or potato chips. You will get the snacking sensation you are used to but with a low calorie snack, unless you eat the whole box. Just Kidding. The shredded wheat will absorb the milk and you will feel full. For less fat and calories you can sub bottled water for the milk. I lost 15 lbs. just by eating smaller meals, healthy snacks NO SODA OR CHOCOLATE run daily. Good Luck, You Can Do This.

Drink LOTS of water. Drink it with every meal, and throughout the day. This will help you stay filled up longer. If you can aviod all other drinks you'll cut calories without even noticing. I used to eat a lot of white rice with just a little margarine and salt on it. I ate this after every run, and before each workout. (along with a lot of water.) You can eat small regular meals too, but this will help fill you up.

Don't eat alot of candy bars or sweets. NO SODA! Soda is very bad very very bad. Also drink a glass or two of milk a day and close to gallon of water. Eat your breakfast always and dinner. I don't eat lunch somtimes. I eat an apple for breakfast and a roll or something if I eat lunch it's always a apple. I drink water and power aid (WATER ALL DAY LONG)and a cup of milk every night.
Don't it something wtih a lot of carbs in it! Try not to eat pass 7:00

i used to have the same problem
what i did was work out a lot
but mostly eat right i dont snack much but if i do it is always something healthy but also make sure u have a blanced diet.it is good to drink lots of water but make sure u dont drink too much that will just make things worse

Try drinking a glass of ice water. It makes you feel full :)
My favorite thing to snack on is the strawberry delight mini wheats. Aren't bad for you and make you get over the craving of eating food.
